Clearing your browser cache

How to clear your desktop browser's cache.

Chrome

  1. In the navigation bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

  2. Select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files"ย 

  3. In the "Obliterate the following items from:" dropdown menu, select "the beginning of time".

  4. Click Clear browsing data.

  5. Close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.

Firefox

  1. From the History menu, select "Clear Recent History".

  2. In the "Time range to clear:" drop-down menu, select "Everything".

  3. Next to "Details", click the down arrow and select only the following: "Cookies" and "Cache", the click "Clear Now".

  4. Close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).

  2. Click the History icon, and then select Clear all history.

  3. Select "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files", then click "Clear".

  4. After the "All Clear!" message appears, close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.

Internet Explorer 9 and above

  1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.

  2. Deselect "Preserve Favourites website data", and select: "Temporary Internet files"/"Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies"/"Cookies and website data".

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.

Opera

  1. In the navigation bar, enter: opera://settings/clearBrowserData

  2. Select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files"ย 

  3. In the "Obliterate the following items from:" dropdown menu, select "the beginning of time".

  4. Click Clear browsing data.

  5. Close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.

Safari

  1. From the Safari Settings, head to the "Privacy" submenu, and select "Manage Website Data".

  2. In the "Search" box, type "d3mnetworks".

  3. When the results appear, click "Remove All", then "Remove now".

  4. Close all open tabs/windows and restart your browser.
